On June 12 and 13, Taikoz presents AADYA: TSUBASA HORI & THE WOMEN OF TAIKOZ
Taikoz’s four amazingly talented and powerful female players will perform the winning entry of our COMPOSITION COMPETITION at the Darling Quarter Theatre in a program led by the fabulous Kerryn Joyce and incredible International Taiko Artist Tsubasa Hori http://tsubasahori.com
The competition is open to female composers of any age residing anywhere in Australia.
We are looking for a highly original work of 5-6 minutes duration.
Entries are due by Friday April 17.
The winning composition will be chosen on Monday April 20 and performed on June 12 and 13 in AADYA: TSUBASA HORI AND THE WOMEN OF TAIKOZ at the Darling Quarter Theatre.
If you live outside of Sydney, we will fly and put you up in Sydney from June 10-14 so you can attend the final two rehearsals and of course, the two performances.
And you will receive $1,500 prize money!
