Over the years, we've all had our share of niggles and injuries, and Penny has always been there for us. Her incredible depth of knowledge and gift for communication has meant that we've all bounced back, stronger and fitter than ever. I can't reccomend Penny and Modern Pilates enough.
Penny has kindly been teaching us gratis, and so I would like to acknowledge her and the Modern Pilates Studio as an incredibly generous sponsor of Taikoz. Many thanks, Penny!
