DOJO LIVE 2 | Taikoz "In Full Flight"

For the past 28 years, Taikoz has wowed audiences throughout Australia and internationally. Today, we hear the ensemble in its home - our beloved Ultimo dojo. One of the advantages of performing in the dojo is that all our instruments are right there - no trucks, stairs or lifts to worry about!
Our program includes a range of works culminating in Ian Cleworth's ultra-dynamic Pearl - a piece that utilises all seven of Taikoz's odaiko! These days, Pearl is rarely heard because of the huge expense and logistics involved in transporting these mighty taiko, so DOJO LIVE 2 is the only time and place you will hear them sounding as one!
