Term Three Extensions: Hour of Power! ODAIKO

Back by popular demand, our Hour of Power! sessions will focus on ODAIKO this term.
First class is Friday 24 August, and then run for 4 consecutive weeks.
The very characters that make up the word taiko (太鼓) – 太 (tai) ‘fat’ or ‘big around’ and 鼓 (ko) ‘drum’ – aptly describe the look, sound and feel of our beautiful instruments. Taking that as our inspiration, let’s make a big, fat sound together on Friday evenings at 7:30pm. Come and join us for an ‘Hour Of Power’ as we explore the energy, drama and excitement of the Big Drums!
