Everyone who knows Taikoz member Ryuji Hamada, also knows he is a ball of never-ending energy! And in this workshop, Ryuji will share one of his hometown (Yokohama) pieces called "Noshichiri-bayashi". Ryuji says, "This music is in 'matsuri style' (meaning it is very festive by nature), and so let’s have lots of fun together!"
If you can play shinobue, please bring your instrument as Ryuji can teach you the shinobue melody that accompanies the taiko music.
Some taiko experience recommended.
