Please join us for a try-out class at any of the first three classes of the term for no charge. If your child loves it and would like to continue only pay for the remaining term classes. To arrange a free try-out class please email learn@australiantaikoacademy.com.au and provide your contact details, your date of choice for the free class and your child's age and name.
Taikoz fosters a family-friendly environment and children of all ages are welcome to begin their taiko journey with us. The Taiko Tots weekly class introduces children between the ages of 3 and 5 to music through taiko, rhythm and movement.

Musical games and learning short pieces of music are an important part of the Taiko Tots experience.
Key areas of learning are:
- Maintaining a beat
- Sequencing and pattern-making
- Developing aural memory, kinaesthetic awareness and physical coordination
- Working together with others
Taiko Tots class members also have the opportunity to perform at our annual Australian Taiko Academy concert.
All students are required to have their own bachi (sticks). If you wish to purchase these from Taikoz you may do so at the special student price of $30

PLEASE NOTE: The Full fee is the standard price to book into this class for those aged 3 - 5yrs. The Concession fee is only applicable where more than one sibling from the same family is attending this class (aka Sibling Discount). In the case of a Sibling Discount, the first sibling pays the Full fee and the subsequent siblings pay the Concession fee.

** Taikoz is registered for Creative Kids and welcomes the use of the vouchers to contribute towards course fees. If you wish to apply a Creative Kids voucher, please type the words CREATIVE KIDS into the Discount Code box at check out, and then forward the actual CREATIVE KIDS voucher number to classes@taikoz.com with the email heading of "Creative Kids Voucher for [Name of Student]".
